Relique Artifacts Datapack for vanilla Minecraft 26.1.2

Use /trigger artifacts_menu to summon the Relic Hopper at your position.
Right-click the hopper minecart to open the 5-slot relic menu.
If you use the Vanilla-Friendly Invisible Minecarts resource pack, this datapack marks the Relic Hopper with InvisibleMinecart and keeps its rotation at 24/24 so it is hidden by that pack.
All 5 hopper slots accept relics.
Relics are active only while they remain inside the hopper slots; take one out to disable it.
Duplicate relics are rejected automatically: only one copy of each relic type can stay in the hopper, and extra copies drop back near the player.
Relics are patched so they cannot be eaten, equipped, death-triggered, or consumed by normal right-click use.
Walk a few blocks away to make the hopper save and disappear.
Use /function artifacts:give_all for a creative/admin showcase of every relic.

Relics are redesigned as singleplayer powers with separate roles: travel, escape, cave scouting, Nether travel, ocean movement, underwater combat, and last-chance survival.
Relics are injected into many vanilla structure chest and barrel loot tables, including villages, shipwrecks, mineshafts, strongholds, ruined portals, trial chambers, ancient cities, bastions, mansions, ocean ruins, and buried treasure.
This is a vanilla singleplayer recreation of the Relique plugin concept; datapacks cannot force-open custom inventories automatically.

Old relic migration: if an older relic shows raw JSON-looking text, put it into any Relic Hopper slot. The datapack rewrites equipped relics to the new styled version automatically.
